Reports use cases

Below are common scenarios that help you quickly understand how to work with reports.

Statistics per player

If you want to see statistics per player:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by players.
  3. Optionally select the period and additional columns.

Statistics by brands or games

If you want to see statistics by brands or games:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by brands or by games.
  3. Optionally add additional columns and adjust sorting.

Players with total bets greater than 1000

If you want to find players whose total bet amount is greater than 1000:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by players.
  3. In filters, select the total bets field.
  4. Set the condition to > 1000.

Bet history for a specific player

If you want to see the bet history for a specific player:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by transactions or sessions.
  3. In filters, enter the specific player ID.

Viewing errors

If you want to see errors:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by transactions.
  3. Add error-related columns in additional columns.
  4. In the error filter, select Yes.

Logs for a specific session

If you want to see logs for a specific session:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Enable grouping by transactions.
  3. In filters, enter the specific session ID.
